The article focuses on improving the national legislation of Ukraine regarding the protection of human rights in the transitional and post-war periods. The purpose of such actions should be to confirm the role of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine and improve constitutional control.

An independent body of constitutional control should be the measure of compliance with human rights. Its activities and functions should be improved in the direction of simplification and transparency of the appeal to the court.
